Vicky： Talking about the topic which is house or flat, what are the common mistakes the student usually make?

Gary: Well, examiner is looking for the age of the apartment, the size of the apartment, it's the modern look or traditional apartment, it's bright or it's dark?

For many students, they just give us a list of room, and talk about the neighborhood they are surrounding, which is extremely boring, and then we give them low score.

I currently live in a three-bedroom, seventy square-meter apartment located in the city center of Beijing. My flat is situated on the tenth floor of a twenty-story building, surrounded by a supermarket, bank and primary school. There arevarious rooms including a living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom, not to mention a balcony.

My apartment is very warm and gives my family members and me a homelyfeeling. It is fairly spacious and allows me to have freedom to do anything that I want to do. For instance, I can watch TV in the living room, relax in my bedroom or have a nice warm shower in the bathroom.

The best part of my home is undoubtedly my bedroom since I can fully unwindwhile lying on my bed. After a tough day of studies, relaxing on my bed canconsist of using my computer or playing with my smartphone. I can also realize a sense of privacy and spend quiet time alone to consider the events in my life.

I much prefer to live in a house due to the fact that it is more spacious and private. As opposed to living in an apartment, it is less noisy to live in a house and people may not feel crowded. In addition, houses can give a homely feeling and their communities tend to be safer.
